Unity Occupational Health and Wellbeing has been established for over forty years and boasts wide ranging experience in Occupational Health and Safety, operating throughout the UK from its Norwich headquarters.
Unity is recognised by the Health & Safety Executive and has Appointed Specialist Doctors under Government Legislative Requirements for lead, asbestos and diving. We also provide offshore medicals and Level 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome Screening.
Our staff are fully trained and experienced in the field of Occupational Health and are dedicated to the maintenance and promotion of health in the workplace.

Unity has a wide client base in terms of location and industry. We operate throughout the UK, and have worked with clients in a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, offices, workshops, food, farming, industrial, engineering and manufacturing.
Julie is a Registered Nurse who has worked in a variety of healthcare settings for over 35 years. She has specialised in Occupational Health for the last eight years and has been instrumental in guiding and developing the services Unity provides today, from a reactive service that focused on ill health to a positive and proactive service that specialises in the health and wellbeing of individuals.
Karin has worked within the Health care setting as a Registered Nurse for over 35 years and as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for over 20 years. Karin has wide ranging experience in all areas of health provision and care in the workplace and is particularly passionate about ergonomics and in promoting wellbeing and engaging with the individual to help them actively manage their own health.
Kevin is a qualified doctor with a wide ranging experience in Occupational Health and General Practise. He is an Appointed Doctor by the HSE for Lead, Asbestos and Diving Medicals. Kevin has undertaken specialist training to undertake Level 4 HAVS Assessments for employees and is the clinical lead for assessment of workers who are occupationally exposed to silica such as stonemasons, cut stone and stone products and construction workers.
Kingsley is a doctor with specialist experience in Occupational Health and General Practise. He is an Appointed Doctor by the HSE for Lead and Asbestos specilaising on workplace assessments where lead is occupationally handled and used within production processes. Kinsley is accredited to undertake Offshore Medicals, Ill Health Retirement and statutory driving medicals
Rachel has extensive knowledge and experience in Occupational Health. Working at Unity for over 25 years, Rachel has developed a unique insight into health care in the workplace and is highly skilled in preparing bespoke occupational services tailored specifically for your business needs. If you are unsure of your particular requirements, Rachel can discuss the work and culture of your company and can arrange a site visit by a clinician to provide specific advice on the health care services that could be provided.
Diane’s extensive experience in administration enables her to work with Human Resources, managers and employees to ensure that appointments run smoothly and that services are provided in line with client requirements. Diane provides the ‘voice’ of Unity and will respond to all your enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner, offering you an opportunity to decide the services you want, when you want them in order to continue the smooth running of your business.
